Artemios V Tsismenakis came from the mountains of Saint George, Keramia, Chania, Crete Greece when he was 19 years old in the 1950’s. Before leaving his parents and brothers Nicolas and George, he worked and saved and then sold his bicycle and came with $17 and two suits. He was sponsored by the AHEPA and after pleading with the Queen Frederica of Greece for permission to leave the country.  He met his wife Stella nee Kapassakis, got engaged and decided that he would do his military service in the United States since this was his new home. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Army. As a born entrepreneur, he married, purchased his first property, had four children and then studied for his real estate salespersons license and then his broker’s license.

Artemios, known as Arty to most, would not sell a property that he would not buy himself. And he would not sacrifice a higher price to a seller in order not to share a commission. His goal was satisfied clients and customers. Integrity and honesty. All of his salespersons and associate brokers were either family or loved as family.
